Your Responsibilities as an Investor
Provide accurate and complete information during KYC process
Read and understand all documents before signing
Understand that investments are subject to market risks
Inform the advisor about any changes in personal or financial circumstances
Pay advisory fees as per the agreed terms
Right to receive regular updates on your portfolio performance
Make investment decisions based on complete understanding
Keep all login credentials and account information secure
Raise grievances through proper channels in a timely manner
Understand that past performance does not guarantee future returns
Our Obligations as Investment Advisor
Register with SEBI and comply with all applicable regulations
Conduct thorough client profiling and risk assessment
Provide advisory services that are suitable to client's needs
Disclose all fees, charges, and potential conflicts of interest
Maintain confidentiality of client information
Provide regular portfolio reviews and performance updates
Maintain professional competence through continuous education
Address client queries and grievances promptly
Avoid engaging in fraudulent or manipulative practices
Not guarantee or assure any returns on investments
